The recycled board used is purchased with one side white this is the inside of the box and the lid. The board is cut to the correct size first. The edges of the board are folded via machine to get the walls of presentation boxes the length of these folding depends on the depth of the box. Then another machine cuts off the corners and both are folded easily with hands. The glued tape is used to fix these folded corners together. This whole process is now repeated for the box lid, which is made few millimeters larger than the actual box so that it may fix on top of it. Now the next task is to cover the outside of the box and its lid with a paper of your choice to get custom presentation boxes.

Assembling Presentation Boxes

The paper used is of high quality, which is first cut to the size of the box again using the same machinery. Then another, one of the machine cuts off the corners it's way as the presentation box and the lid. The paper is then passed from a gluer that deposits cold glue evenly all over the one side of the paper. Let it dry with the glued side facing upwards. Once the glue is suitably dried out the place the base of the presentation box carefully on the paper and smooth and wraps the paper out. The lid is covered in the same way. Let the box and lid dry for a while before putting them together. The inside can be plain board or satin for perfumes and gifts, especially in the case of breakable material. The lid can be a lift-off or a hinged one. A single one made is a bit expensive than the Wholesale Presentation boxes manufacturing.
